Rich Text
Rich Text is a valuable tool for creating and formatting content, specifically large pieces of text directly into the web part. The Rich Text web part is user-friendly and doesn't require advanced technical skills. It provides a familiar text editor interface similar to word processing software.
Some of the features include easy formatting, adding images, adding links and creating tables. Rich text web part makes it even easier to convert a word document to a page, keeping all the current formatting from the word document and preventing the text from being modified. Rich text web part enables media integration by embedding images, videos and audio files directly into the site.
How to add Rich Text
- Hover over the
icon and type ‘Rich Text Sprocket 365’ - Directly input content into the text window or cut and paste content into the window
- Edit content as desired
- Click ‘Republish’ when finished
