Page Feedback
Allow users to provide feedback on your SharePoint pages. All feedback is captured and stored in a SharePoint list admins to review and action as required.
When page feedback is enabled in Site Setting, a feedback form appears in the footer of each page. All submissions are automatically stored in a SharePoint list called "Page Feedback" where administrators can review and respond to user input.

How do you enable Page Feedback?
Toggle Page Feedback button to enable the feature. When you toggle for the first time, Sprocket will provision SharePoint List called Page Feedback
in your site.
How do you manage User Feedbacks?
Click the Manage Feedback
button to load the SharePoint list containing user feedbacks.
We recommend you setup a Power Automate notification so you can be notified of any new feedback entries that may be submitted. You could also add additional columns to the list so you can manage submissions e.g. Status, Assigned To.
